Truth. Truth can be black and white, that is duality. But higher truth is realisable with higher awareness. With a letting go of narrow focus, it can be realised that truth is not simply black or white but rather a scale like a gradient. Cold is not the opposite of hot, it is the absence of heat. Hate is not the opposite of Love, it is the absence of Love. Darkness is not the opposite of light, darkness is the absence of light. Month of May 2023: Time investments in review

As we can see, sleep has increased (expected as winter calls for hibernation), but it could have been hedged against. I forgive myself, but come on, it's not as if I couldn't have done it. I can do it—I do not need 10 hours of sleep a day. I need to stop shooting myself in the foot and make better choices. Linux has been replaced with reading, which is okay, but ideally, Linux as a service to others and myself should remain high. Writing still remains the third most common activity and has increased compared to April, which is good. Walking has increased due to efforts to reduce driving as much as possible. I choose to walk during the day or evening instead of driving to the supermarket. "Trying or setting up" has increased, and I'm actually okay with it because it's related to changes and adjustments to the new job. Time spent on food has decreased considerably, which is amazing. If we are not this body what are we ?  The body itself is insentient and has no capacity to experience itself. For example, an arm cannot experience its "armness" or a leg its "legness". Instead, the body is experienced through sensations, which are then experienced in the mind. The mind, in turn, cannot experience itself; a thought cannot experience its own "thoughtness" nor can a feeling experience its own "feelingness".       There is a hierarchy of experience:  Sensations of the body are experienced in the mind.  The mind is experienced by consciousness.  Consciousness is experienced by awareness.              Therefore, what one really is, is several levels removed from the body. we are that which is aware within that infinite field of consciousness.
